My Culinary Wish List

Dear all who reads this blog,

I have a culinary wish list that I have shamelessly put up on my side bar. So far, I have 5 on my list, i expect it to grow :P

Here’s my list so far:

1. Kitchenaid Food Processor
(Model #: KFP750)

2. Cook with Jamie cookbook

3. Le Creuset Traditional Cast
Iron Cookware

4. Mario Batali’s Woodware

5. Electronic Pepper Dispenser

I’m scouring around for kitchen gadgets that I want. Yes, want and not need, because really who need a food processor that’s worth 700 dollars when they can get a good one for about 200 bucks? :P I’m a selective gadget freak, as you can see – kitchen related things and knick knacks only. I am still looking for Nigella’s automatic pepper dispenser. The one I found is no where close to the coolness of the one she owns! It a slick looking steel gadget that fits in your palm with a black button on the side which you just needs to squeeze whenever you need pepper *is in love*. If any of you know or have seen that sort of automatic pepper dispenser, do drop me a line!

Anyway, all donations are welcome if you all feel somehow generous some day. I’ll repay you with custom made recipes :P If there are no takers, I’ll just hoard my cash slowly while I build my kitchen :) Hehe!

Oh my … you’ve got some nice gadgets there. I own none of those on your list and none of what’s on my wish list. I have been living in kitchen-poverty. Sad but true.

p/s: My friend will be working in Whirlpool in the summer and he told me that interns have a chance to build their own Kichenaid mixer in the company’s plant AND they get to bring one home for F.R.E.E! Can you imagine how jealous I was. =)

i don’t have them yet, kwok mun. that’s why they’re on my wish list :P I would like to have them :)

OMG your friend’s really lucky. A kitchenaid mixer is like So expensive! It’s much more expensive than their food processor!
